When will my order ship?

We’ll get your order on the move as soon as possible once the order is placed, usually within 1-2 days. If there will be any delays, we’ll do our best to reach out to let you know right away. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as it ships!

 

When will my order arrive?

We are thrilled to offer free worldwide shipping on every order! We usually allow up to 12 business days for delivery as we ship internationally. Due to COVID-19 and other current circumstances affecting shipping, we have temporarily extended the shipping time frame to 15-25 days from dispatch of your order.

 

Can I return my order?

If you’d like to return your order, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee. Just post it back to us with a note including your name and the email you used to place the order! Send your package to:

We require the product to be in a resalable condition, and we can accept returns by mail only. You are responsible for shipping costs to return items, and shipping charges must be prepaid.

 

Can I cancel or change my order?

We start processing your order immediately once it’s placed, and aim to get it shipped ASAP, so we can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to cancel or amend your order before shipping. If your order hasn’t shipped, reach out to us here and we will do our best to see to your request before shipping, however we cannot guarantee that it will be possible. Please check all details carefully before you place your order!

All of our products are covered by warranty for 1 year, excluding accidental damage.
